Rosendin Electric in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Manager, SMR - EPC to oversee a portfolio of SMR EPC projects, driving safe execution, quality, and client outcomes. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage governance, and lead diverse teams across the lifecycle.

The role requires 12–15 years in construction operations with 5+ years in senior leadership, PMP preferred, OSHA 30, and a strong safety and regulatory track record. Hybrid work and domestic travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex EPC projects in highly regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of the full EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning.
• Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, financial forecasting tools, and ERP systems common in large-scale construction.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management for multi-million dollar projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in safety protocols, QA programs, and regulatory compliance for critical infrastructure.
• Ability to inspire, coordinate, and manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an assigned portfolio of SMR EPC projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, commitments, and Rosendin standards.
• Translate SMR strategies into comprehensive project execution plans, priorities, resources, and measurable deliverables.
• Manage portfolio performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, cash flow, margin, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership across the full EPC lifecycle: preconstruction, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, closeout.
• Establish governance, controls, stage-gate reviews, and reporting for complex nuclear projects.
• Serve as the primary contact between Rosendin, clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop risk management strategies and contingencies.
• Lead portfolio reviews and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Mentor teams to foster safety, quality, and high performance.
