Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling to small/mid-size businesses preferred.
• Knowledge of Comcast products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory development with local partnerships and brand enhancement.
• Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of reports.
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positive Comcast Experience.
• New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice to SMBs.
• Generation of new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
• Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to improve prospects' communications.
• Effectively manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
• Team with technical, customer service and support staffs to ensure end-to-end sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects yielding monthly quota performance and above.
• Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
