Job summary

Comcast is seeking a dynamic sales professional to sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. You will develop territory through local partnerships, deliver face-to-face presentations, and push advanced communications solutions such as PRI and Hosted PBX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years sales experience
• Experience selling to small and mid-size businesses

Responsibilities

• Develop territory by forming local business partnerships and enhancing Comcast positioning
• Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positive impression of the Comcast Experience
• New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
• Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals)
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
• Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance customer communication
• Manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan
• Team with technical, customer service and support staff to drive end-to-end sales and revenue growth
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects yielding monthly quota performance and above
• Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts
• Achieve and exceed sales and business quality objectives
