Job summary

Comcast is seeking a results-driven Business Sales Executive to grow our Small and Mid-Size Business customer base with Internet, Data, Video and Voice solutions. Focus will be on PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location offerings, delivering compelling face-to-face presentations and bundled solutions.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, align with cross-functional teams, and strive to exceed department targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and Comcast Experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent sales experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Comcast products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop local business partnerships and alliances to expand Comcast’s presence.
• Maintain quality sales records and create activity reports.
• Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI and Hosted PBX.
• Manage a territory with a detailed business plan and high activity.
• Collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure end-to-end sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed monthly quota targets.
