Comcast Corporation in the United States, NH location is seeking an energetic Sales Specialist to sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. You will deliver face-to-face presentations using knowledge of Comcast products, promoting bundled solutions to maximize customer value.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, develop local partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Territory development to build local partnerships and strengthen Comcast positioning.
• Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience.
• New acquisition sales of Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Generation of new leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
• Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance communication for prospects.
• Effectively manage a territory with high activity and a solid business plan.
• Team with technical, customer service and support staffs to ensure end-to-end sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects yielding quota achievement and above.
