Job summary

Comcast is seeking a sales professional to sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. Responsibilities

• Territory development and local partnerships to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive Comcast Experience.
• New acquisition sales of Comcast Internet, Video and Voice services to SMBs.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling and referrals.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location).
• Manage territory with a comprehensive business plan and high activity level.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service and support staff to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects yielding monthly quota performance and above.
• Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales.
