Comcast Business seeks a Senior SMB Account Executive in Little Rock, AR to sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice to small and mid-size businesses. You will deliver face-to-face presentations, develop local partnerships, and expand Comcast’s market share with multi-location solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice to SMBs focusing on PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Develop territory with local partnerships and affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales reports; manage customer satisfaction.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and drive new revenue growth.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
