Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a remote role aligned to a specific business market, primarily around Frisco and surrounding metro areas. The position supports business sales by delivering technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year experience.
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record in solution sales and relationships.
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and engagement.
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI.
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
Travel 25-50% of the time.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
