Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Territory development with local partnerships and brand enhancement.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare required reports.
• Drive customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast impression.
• New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partnerships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
• Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to improve client communications.
• Manage a territory with high activity and a strong business plan.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service and support staff for end-to-end sales.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
• Remain knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to support sales efforts.
• Aim to exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
