Comcast is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Comcast Business (SMB Sales) in Homewood, IL. You will sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice to small and mid-size businesses, deliver in-person presentations, and promote bundled solutions to surpass departmental targets.

You will build a pipeline, generate leads, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hunter – Territory development to include local partnerships and brand enhancement.
• Maintain quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience.
• New acquisition sales of Comcast Internet, Video and Voice to small and mid-size businesses.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing and referrals.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
• Manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
• Collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure end-to-end sales and satisfaction.
