Job summary

Comcast is hiring a sales professional to sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses in Schaumburg. You will deliver face-to-face presentations and promote bundled solutions that fit customer needs, aiming to exceed targets.

Develop new business through prospecting and partnerships, maintain quality sales records, and collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure a great Comcast experience. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to prospect and develop business partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of Comcast products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunter: Territory development and local partnerships expansion.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports.
• Drive new acquisition sales of Comcast Internet, Video and Voice services to SMBs.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI and Hosted PBX.
• Identify improvement areas through consultative selling to improve customers’ communications.
• Manage a territory with a strong business plan and high activity.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service and support teams to ensure end-to-end sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
• Stay informed about Comcast products and services to support sales efforts.
• Achieve and exceed sales and business quality objectives.
