Job summary

Regions is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Mobile, AL. You will meet with customers in person and by phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer Regions’ products and guidance to help achieve financial goals.

Focused on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, you will acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through checking, card, lending, and merchant services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and online.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions for small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Manages a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types.
• Promotes digital banking offerings and uses technology to enhance customer experience.
• Provides a consistent, optimal customer experience and handles day-to-day branch responsibilities.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to internal experts.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
