Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business clients
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits
• Educates customers on digital banking tools (mobile/online/ATM) to simplify banking
• Ensures a consistent optimal customer experience including greeting customers and processing transactions
• Owns and resolves customer issues
• References customers to internal experts for additional financial goals
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risk
