Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business clients.
• Outreach via calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educate customers on Regions’ products, including loans and deposits.
• Promote digital tools like mobile and online banking to enhance service.
