Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business clients.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Works with the Branch Manager as the primary relationship manager for small business clients up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Provides a consistent customer experience across branch tasks and transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for additional financial goals and needs.
• Supports junior bankers as a subject matter expert.
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risks.
