Job summary

Regions Bank in Brandon, Mississippi is hiring a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer products and guidance to help reach financial goals. The role focuses on small business clients with up to $5MM in revenue, seeking growth through new acquisition and deeper relationships.

The successful candidate will excel in sales, communication, and teamwork, driving branch targets while educating customers on lending and deposit

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring a display.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services.
• Promotes Regions digital offerings to make banking easier.
• Maintains a consistent customer experience and handles day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to experts.
• Supports team development and acts as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risks.
