Job summary

Regions Bank in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects to assess financial needs and offer suitable products and guidance to help achieve their goals.

The role focuses on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, building relationships, expanding through outbound calls, and educating customers on Regions’ products and digital solutions while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Manages a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Delivers a consistent optimal customer experience and supports day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts when needed.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations.
