Job summary

Regions Bank is hiring a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers in person and by phone, determine financial needs, and offer tailored products and guidance to help achieve their goals. The role targets small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, focusing on acquisition and deepening relationships through checking, merchant services, and lending.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with digital banking offerings and technology.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing Regions solutions for small business clients.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business clients up to $5M in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions' products including loans and deposits.
• Advises on digital banking options and maintains high service levels.
• Owns issue resolution and refers complex cases to specialists.
