Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Madison, MS. The role focuses on meeting financial needs of small business customers through appropriate Regions products and services, including checking, lending, and merchant services.

The successful candidate will engage in in-person and phone interactions, expand the customer base, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to grow a portfolio of small business clients while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and via electronic channels.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Manages a portfolio of small business clients with revenues up to $5MM alongside Branch Manager.
