Job summary

Regions Bank in Memphis seeks a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects to determine financial needs and provide appropriate products and guidance. The role focuses on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, acquiring new customers and deepening relationships through checking, card, lending, and merchant services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitor attention.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Acts as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business clients.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services.
• Promotes digital banking solutions to customers.
• Maintains high-quality customer experience and processes transactions accurately.
• Refers customers to specialists for additional financial goals.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert.
