U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner across assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

• Demonstrates excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank Core Values while serving as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships and providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

• Identify client priorities, align products to growth, efficiency and risk objectives, and articulate value and next steps.
