Job summary

Apryse is seeking an Account Manager to expand within State, Local, and Higher Education accounts across North America. You will own a portfolio of SLED customers, deepen relationships, and identify opportunities to expand usage across departments and campuses.

You will navigate public sector procurement, budgets, and multi-stakeholder decisions, collaborating with solutions engineers, customer success, and internal teams to win expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex B2B software to State, Local, and Higher Education customers.
• Proven track record of meeting multi-year quotas and managing enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and close a pipeline of high-value software license opportunities within SLED accounts.
• Conduct roadmap discussions and account reviews with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to craft tailored solutions for Fortune 500/Enterprise clients.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify whitespace for expansion.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence to inform selling strategy.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through strategic planning and relationship management.
