Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our global WHS program and elevate safety across the site. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and partner with Operations leadership to protect associates while sustaining productivity.

The role requires hands-on safety management, data-driven decision making, and strong communication to engage a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and act as the site safety champion
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze incident trends to target improvements
• Manage first aid, emergency response, audits, and safety compliance across the site
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and drive culture change
