Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to protect associates and enable productive operations at our Baltimore site. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation and liaise with Operations leadership to embed safety across daily activities.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, manage first aid and emergency response, and drive continuous safety improvements through audits and training. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience

Responsibilities

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as site safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Develop leadership plans and drive safety initiatives with Operations leadership.
• Oversee audits, recordkeeping, and training programs.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
