Amazon.com Services LLC in Middletown, PA is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation, conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident analyses to protect associates while supporting productivity.

You will partner with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives, build a strong safety culture, manage the first aid program and emergency response, and perform data-driven improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience in safety-focused roles.
• 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing/production or service ops.
• 3+ years in people/performance management or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global WHS program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident trend analyses.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities; drive data-driven safety improvements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations; influence safety decisions.
