Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across the site and drive the Global WHS Program implementation. You will lead risk assessments, data analysis, and practical safety solutions while partnering with Operations leadership to balance safety with productivity.

You will oversee audits, incident trend analysis, and the first aid program, ensuring robust emergency response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience

Responsibilities

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as site safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Perform site audits, investigate incidents, and identify corrective actions.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities to ensure availability of care.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and travel 50–70%.
