Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program and protect our associates across the site.

You will partner with Operations leadership, perform risk assessments, leverage data analytics, and drive continuous improvement to elevate safety and productivity. You’ll mentor a high-performing WHS team and shape the safety culture across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program and drive safety excellence.
• Partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and translate safety data into actionable strategies.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
