Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to drive the Global WHS Program implementation and be the safety champion for the site. You will combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates and enable productive operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience in WHS or related field.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS/environmental programs.
• 3+ years of people and performance management or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and innovation to drive preventive measures.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed WHS into operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze trends, and implement improvements.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities; lead site audits.
