Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations on assigned projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will promote safety, coordinate trades, manage schedule and budget, and ensure quality aligns with client expectations.

You will supervise subcontractors, mentor crew, interface with clients and inspectors, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining Webcor's standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent; eight years in construction with foreman or superintendent steps.
• OSHA 30 cert required; CPR/First Aid training; Webcor training if needed.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce site safety and Webcor policies.
• Plan, coordinate, sequence work; procure materials.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors; ensure on-time, on-budget work.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, vendors, PM and design teams.
• Lead, mentor team; provide timely feedback; foster positive culture.
• Submit comprehensive monthly schedules; manage changes.
• Manage LDRs, delay log; coordinate with PM for gains/losses.
• Review daily log and understand subcontracts.
• Assess vertical transportation needs per OSHA; cranes sizing.
• Oversee QA/QC, punch list, and design coordination.
• Review cost reports; forecast general requirements; track changes.
