Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the company’s overall quality program across construction projects in San Francisco. You will conduct QC audits, maintain documentation, and provide reports to senior management while promoting continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities include training, supplier/subcontractor evaluation, and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten years of construction experience including public works/federal projects.
• Nine+ years in Quality for major public works projects.
• Extensive experience on HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects.
• Current HCAI/OSHPD Class A Hospital Inspector (IOR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s overall quality program across projects.
• Conduct QC audits of project job sites and issue audit results/actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and deliver training programs for field and office teams.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations; drive continuous improvement.
