Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to promote site safety, coordinate day-to-day field operations, and supervise subcontractors on multiple projects. The role requires planning, sequencing work, and procuring materials to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, produce detailed daily reports, and liaise with clients, vendors, inspectors, and design teams while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience; typically four years in field or office.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or equivalent safety credential) and CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Promotes site safety and enforces safety policies.
• Supervises subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Plans, coordinates, and sequences work and manages material procurement.
• Develops daily reports and ensures progress is tracked.
• Interfaces with clients, inspectors, and design teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Manages changes in schedule/scope and supports QA/QC and punch-list processes.
