Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability (Agentforce Ops) to lead reliability across the Agentforce Operations platform. You’ll partner with product and engineering teams to scale, Harden systems, and automate infrastructure at enterprise scale.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or backend with operations focus.
• Proven scaling experience through a high-growth phase (1 to 100).
• Proficient in Golang, TypeScript, or Python for production-grade automation.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu and cloud providers.

Aufgaben

• Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas, scaling to global enterprise levels.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to refine infrastructure strategy and capacity planning.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code and automation tooling.
• Scale AI/ML infra and ensure real-time data pipelines for supply chain insights.
• Lead production excellence and observability improvements with measurable SLIs/SLAs.
• Deep-dive into performance, DB interactions, and cross-service communication.
