• 9+ years in SRE, Production Engineering, or Backend Engineering with a focus on operations and scale.
• Experience taking a product through a high-growth phase (1 to 100).
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Expert in production-grade code: Golang, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong breadth in Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and cloud platforms.
• Observability implementation with SLO-based monitoring and alerting.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas and scale systems for global demand.
• Provide technical leadership as a Principal-level engineer and guide direction.
• Mentor LMTS/SMTS teammates and foster collaboration.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code and automation.
• Support AI/ML infrastructure with scalable GPU resources and data pipelines.
• Lead production excellence and build telemetry to prevent incidents.
