Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering or Backend Engineering with scale focus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in a senior team.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Agentforce Operations platform for reliability and global demand.
• Provide technical leadership as a Principal engineer guiding direction.
• Mentor LMTS/SMTS and foster collaboration across the team.
• Maintain infrastructure as code and automate environments.
• Support AI/ML infrastructure, GPU resources and data pipelines.
• Lead observability improvements including SLO-based monitoring.
• Deep-dive into SQL, API latency and cross-service communication.
