Salesforce is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join the embedded reliability team. You will drive scaling and reliability for a global AI-powered Agentforce platform, shaping architecture with senior engineers and product owners.

You’ll focus on production excellence, automation, and cross-team collaboration to deliver robust, scalable systems. You will lead in observability, performance tuning, and infrastructure as code, leveraging Kubernetes and cloud platforms to support

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or Backend Engineering focusing on operations and scale.
• Proven scaling experience delivering a product through high-growth phases.
• Strong communication across stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds.
• Expertise in production-grade code in Golang, TypeScript, or Python.
• Broad knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Observability with SLO-based monitoring and alerting.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
