Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey programs globally.

You will own the full survey lifecycle—from design to fielding, analysis, and client readouts—while championing the site perspective across WCG and collaborating with multiple business units. You’ll manage end-to-end surveys, support the Forum, develop insights, and deliver benchmark reports to sponsor, CROs, and sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with significant time in site engagement, site management or related sponsor/CRO roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or VOC programs preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
• Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative data; able to translate results for non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.
• Established industry network and external visibility a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design to readout.
• Support the CenterWatch Forum with design kickoff, materials, and feedback coordination.
• Design and develop survey instruments with benchmarking analytics.
• Plan survey distribution, sampling, multi-language deployment, and site outreach.
• Partner with analysts to translate survey findings into actionable insights.
• Create benchmark reports and client deliverables by region, country, and role.
• Lead client readouts and present findings to sponsors, CROs, and sites.
• Advocate for the site perspective within WCG and test survey flow/feasibility across units.
• Identify cross-business opportunities based on site insights and promote participation.
