Job summary

WCG seeks an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program, from design to readouts. You will manage instrument development, fielding across a global network, and translate insights to drive product and service improvements.

The role requires expert communication, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will collaborate with analytics and marketing to promote participation and deliver client-ready benchmarks and reports,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with site engagement or sponsor/CRO roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer programs.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and site challenges.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program.
• Facilitate design kickoff, review discussions, and feedback for the CenterWatch Forum.
• Develop survey instruments with multi-language deployment and respondent management.
• Analyze survey results and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Lead client readouts and present recommendations to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences.
