Job summary

WCG seeks an experienced Site Engagement & Insights professional to lead the CenterWatch survey program, including global site and sponsor surveys. You will drive instrument design, fielding across a global site network, analysis, and client readouts, connecting insights to product and service development within WCG.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with significant time in clinical operations, site engagement, site management, or related sponsor, CRO, or site-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success building and managing site engagement programs and long-term relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and site leadership.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer research programs strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, staffing, workload, and study start-up.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program, incl. biennial Global Site Survey and companion Sponsor Company Survey.
• Support the CenterWatch Forum with design kickoff, materials, and feedback process from draft to final release.
• Design survey instruments with Benchmarking & Analytics team, including attribute frameworks and taxonomies.
• Plan and manage survey distribution, fielding, sampling strategy, multi-language deployment, and respondent panel growth.
• Analyze survey results, translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• Develop benchmark reports, publications, and client deliverables with region/country/role analyses.
• Coordinate client readouts and present findings to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences up to executive level.
