Job summary

WCG is seeking an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the global Site Relationship Survey programs and related sponsor surveys, delivering insights to strengthen sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

You will own the full survey lifecycle, from instrument design to fielding, analysis, and client readouts, and collaborate across analytics, benchmarking, marketing, and product teams to turn findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with site engagement or operations.
• Proven success building long-term relationships with investigators and sites.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to translate findings into client-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the Global Site Relationship Survey program.
• Facilitate CenterWatchForum discussions and prepare materials.
• Design survey instruments with cross-functional teams.
• Plan distribution, sampling, and multilingual deployment.
• Analyze survey results and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead client readouts and present findings to sponsor/CRO/site audiences.
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality, and research ethics.
