Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program globally. You will own the full lifecycle from design to client readouts, translating survey insights into actionable strategies across sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

You will collaborate with analytics, marketing, and product teams to ensure data quality, ethical standards, and impactful storytelling for executive audiences. Remote, full-time, US-based opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with site engagement or related sponsor/CRO roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or VOC programs.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and site-related challenges.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across units.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design to readout.
• Facilitate design kickoff, review discussions, and manage collaborative feedback for the CenterWatch Forum.
• Design survey instruments with the Benchmarking & Analytics team and optimize attributes.
• Plan and manage survey distribution, fielding, sampling, and multi-language deployment.
• Analyze survey results with analysts and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Develop benchmark reports, publications, and client deliverables with region/country analyses.
• Lead client readout meetings delivering findings to sponsor, CROs, and sites.
