McDonald’s is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, speed, accuracy, and hospitality while upholding brand standards.

This role leads the shift team, coordinates crew, monitors food safety and quality, manages labor and costs, and collaborates with the General Manager to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team by directing crew, assigning roles, and managing floor operations to deliver customer experience across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality.
• Enforce food safety procedures, proper handwashing, time/temperature controls, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor deployment to support sales while controlling costs; protect company assets.
• Train and coach crew on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards; provide real-time feedback.
• Communicate shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and guest concerns with the General Manager and leadership team.
