You will drive value by developing long-term plans with building owners and expanding the existing customer base, focusing on energy-efficient solutions.

You will lead conversations with business insights, build financial justifications, and collaborate across teams to secure new business and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in solution sales and meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience and alignment with leadership principles.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive customer value.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads customer conversations with business level insights to establish value and create demand.
• Develops project business cases, financial proforma, and validates business outcomes.
• Manages conflicts and negotiates solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
• Uses consultative selling to pursue new business and grow existing account relationships.
• Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
