Trane Technologies in Nebraska seeks a Senior Services Account Manager to drive value-focused conversations with building owners and deliver total solutions for energy-efficient buildings. You will develop long-term relationships, identify customer needs, and propose service options to enhance building performance and sustainability.

The role requires engaging multiple stakeholders, creating business cases, and growing existing accounts while traveling as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
• Strong financial and business acumen with a self-starter mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Leads customer conversations with business level insights to establish value and create demand.
• Acts as a facilitator to help the customer buy, including developing project business case and financial proforma.
• Conflict management: resolving complaints and negotiating solutions while maintaining relationships.
• Consultative selling: form trusted relationships, identify requirements, and offer value-driven solutions.
• Team selling: work with sales teams to understand customer needs and support sales.
