Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Senior Services Account Executive to lead Professional Services sales across a national territory, focusing on consulting and managed services. You will act as a player/coach to drive bookings and revenue, evangelizing PS capabilities to clients and account teams.

You will collaborate with PS architects, sales leaders, clients, and partners to craft solutions, own customer proposals, and secure contracts. This remote role requires a quarterly in-office visit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of quota-bearing selling experience.
• 10+ years of consulting or services sales as a primary focus area.
• Deep knowledge of Professional Services offerings, delivery models, and commercial constructs.
• Understanding of contracting or SOW creation and negotiation.
• Executive presentation skills—comfortable leading Director to CIO level audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools; Salesforce and Aviso are a plus.
• Up to 30% travel for client meetings and leadership meetings.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize and sell key PS offerings with focus on Consulting and Managed Services.
• Lead strategy within territory and coach other team members.
• Own delivery of customer proposals and secure contracts for services.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and NetApp account teams to identify needs.
• Develop solutions with PS architects, eDesk, and other resources.
• Be measured on bookings and revenue performance for the area.
