NetApp seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the trusted technical advisor across a broad enterprise territory. You will partner with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop account strategy, uncover opportunities, and drive customer engagements.

Success depends on balancing technical breadth with commercial awareness, supporting a portfolio of enterprise customers, and guiding modernization of data infrastructure with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex tech sales cycles.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise infrastructure including storage, virtualization, backup, DR, hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy with two Enterprise Client Executives.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business initiatives and technical challenges.
• Design and position solutions across the NetApp portfolio aligning with business outcomes.
• Support a broad mix of enterprise customers, balancing existing accounts with new opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise architects, infrastructure leaders, and executives.
• Identify protect-and-expand opportunities and uncover new workloads in accounts.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, PoCs, and technical presentations during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint account strategies and accelerate success.
• Engage NetApp specialists for deeper solution expertise as needed.
• Manage multiple engagements while maintaining technical, commercial, and pipeline discipline.
• Stay current on AI, hybrid cloud, cyber resilience, and modern data infrastructure.
