You will lead design workshops, guide governance, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

This role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD, Portal.
• Strong professional services and/or client facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to influence, consult and provide thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired; ServiceNow certifications preferred.
