Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions within the CSM/FSO domains. You will integrate diverse systems via REST/SOAP, write robust scripts, and contribute to data quality and platform reliability.

The role requires strong collaboration with product owners, architects, and QA teams in an Agile environment, with emphasis on performance, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of hands‑on software development with ServiceNow.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Mandatory: hands‑on ServiceNow development in CSM or FSO.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Excellent English communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow development and configuration design across CSM/FSO.
• System integration design using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Custom development with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as needed.
• Data management including imports, mappings, and transformations.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and support with ATF and post‑release validation.
• Documentation and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in Agile ceremonies.
