• 5+ years architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and related modules.
• Strong professional services and/or client facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation.
• Proven ability to influence and lead sponsors in governance and project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Team player with ability to build teams.
• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering or the Sciences.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (Administrator/Implementation Specialist)
