Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration experience.
• 2+ years of leading technical teams or projects.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery and ITIL v4 frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations for a team of developers, sysadmins, and analysts.
• Enforce ServiceNow development standards, scoping, and release workflows to minimize debt.
• Mentor on client scripts, flow designer, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, HRSD.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP web services.
