DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant for on-site roles in the UK, with the option to work from home and travel to client sites as required. You will participate in workshops, design and implement ServiceNow solutions, and mentor junior staff.

Ideal candidates have several years of ServiceNow experience, strong scripting skills (JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS), and familiarity with ITIL processes and integrations. Certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX and AngularJS are highly advantageous.
• Understanding of Service Management concepts and ITIL principles and processes.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and experience building custom apps and integrations.
• PowerShell scripting in addition to JavaScript and MariaDB familiarity.
• ServiceNow certifications or ITIL-related credentials are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Participating in client workshops and requirements gathering to design solutions.
• Advising and making recommendations on proposed ServiceNow solutions.
• Developing in ServiceNow the defined solutions to meet requirements with high quality, including configuration, scripting, testing, and go-live support.
• Mentoring and training junior team members.
• Producing documentation and training material for implemented solutions.
